You do not need to cover all three aspects of sustainability. Pick the one(s) that is(are) the most relevant and applicable to your field and the most interesting to you.
Think big picture here (something more than recycling or LED light bulbs). How about police departments implementing restorative justice, or occupational therapists doing therapy outside in green spaces, or marketing executives specializing in promoting corporations that practice social and environmental corporate responsibility, or golf courses using sustainable best management practices on their courses?
FINAL Essay Format
I will be expecting 3-5 pages of work, including 3-5 citations (more citations are OK)
Use credible sources from the FGCU Library databases (Links to an external site.) or Google Scholar (Links to an external site.).
Credible sources can include scholarly articles, books, trade journals, government reports, and so on.
Make sure to cite each source in the body of your essay and include a References page at the end of your essay, formatted appropriately.
Use APA or MLA (Links to an external site.) style for your citations and works cited. However, keep things simple: there’s no need to write an abstract, or use cover sheets, running headings, or excess margins and spacing.
Do not include “retrieved from” links with your sources. I don’t need them if you have all the pertinent information in your citation.
For full credit you must submit your paper electronically in Canvas by the deadline outlined in the syllabus and in Canvas. Your paper will automatically be submitted to www.turnitin.comthrough Canvas.

My major is English and I plan to be a journalist that covers topics about the Black community and it’s experiences. As far as my discipline, I try To be as sustainable as I can, but I can Do better when it comes to composting, recycling and buying more reusable or recycled products.
