Paleolithic Diets vs. Vegetarian Diets

I hear a lot of people talking about being on the Paleolithic diet these days, reporting a high consumption of animal based protein with some fruits and vegetables and, reportedly, no carbs, (although of course fruits, vegetables, and beans have mostly carbs). There is much to keep in mind in regards to this topic, including that our bodies have evolved over time and that our lifestyles have also changed. I am posting some links for you to explore.
